Homelessness is a serious national
social epidemic.

We, as moral human beings, cannot simply stand by wringing our hands while the homeless citizens in our community, our state, our nation, suffer and die alone in our streets, doorways, and alleys.

We must do our best to alleviate the agony of these people—they could easily be our mothers, our fathers, our brothers, our sisters, our sons, our daughters, or
perhaps ... ourselves!
